CYS - TBall Division

Age and Skill Level:

Central Youth Sports will field 6-8 TBall division teams for the '10 season.The TBall division is an introductory level division for players 5-6 years of age. Age is that of May 1, 2010.  The focus of this level is the development of a love of the game and very fundamental skills.

TBall games are played on a 45 foot diamond (Same as Rookies). Players hit the ball from a stationary Tee.

The Season:

TBall season begins in mid-April. Regular season "games" will combine a practice session to develop skills and an abreviated game to give players an opportunity to put their new skills in practice in a game setting.

Playoffs and Tournaments:

There are no tournaments planned for the TBall division.

Skill Assessment/Player Assignment:

There will not be an assessment of players for this division..

Player Fees:

Registration fees will be $ 30.00for the 2010 season. In addition to the registration fee players will be required to participate in the annual fundraiser by selling at least 10 Papa Murphy's discount cards. There will not be a buyout for this fundraiser.  Concession Stand work is required for each family.  Buy-out of the concession stand is $25.
